Armed Forces Malta - Network modernisation program in Gozo

Over the past year we have been making our way into modernising and upgrading the wireless network we installed in 2005, as technology changes and challenges arise, this was much required.

Works in Gozo were permitted to continue by the ministry who finally concluded works on the Gordan tower, to this end we installed antennas at both the historical lighthouse as well as the brand-new tower built and commissioned by Tektraco at Qortin camp. We now await further works by other third parties to align all the antennas and bring this network modernisation program to a successful end.
